一、课题由来 20CrMo作为齿轮材料由于它的经济性和良好机械加工性被广泛应用。但与20CrMoTi比无钛元素,因此其渗速慢金相组织不易控制。在本厂热处理生产20CrMo齿轮过程中存在因马氏体、残余奥氏体等组织超差而返修现象较多,普遍反映金相组织难以控制。另外热处理生产每班8小时调整为每班6小时,时间紧,问题更加突出,不但组织超差多,而且还存在浅层。原来碳氮共渗工艺已不能满足现在生产,因此必须制订一个满足现在生产实际新的碳氮共渗工艺。

In the process of producing 20CrMo gear, there are many rework phenomena such as martensite, residual austenite and so on, which generally reflect the difficult control of microstructure. Another heat treatment production of 8 hours per class adjusted for 6 hours per class, the time is tight, the problem is more prominent, not only ultra-poor organization, but also there is shallow. The original carbonitriding process has been unable to meet the current production, it is necessary to develop a new production process to meet the actual carbonitriding.
