我们在进行了连续两年激光诱变滇“三角大香糯”水稻育种的研究基础上,采用CO2激光诱变剂量筛选,田间栽种试验的方法进行探索,其样品发生明显的正向变异,表明水稻种子对激光的吸收阈值确实存在。
