[目的]掌握门诊量的季节变化规律,为医院相关管理部门在人员配置、诊室安排和财物调配等方面提供决策依据。[方法]采用时间序列数据季节比率分析法,以季节比率的大小变化来反映在不同时间上门诊量的变化规律。使用SPSS13.0软件进行数据分析。[结果]门诊量存在一定的周期性和规律性。各年门诊量的低谷期基本出现在每年的1月、2月,高峰期出现在每年的7月、8月。各月的季节比率8月份最高(达110.75%),2月份最低(为82.60%)。9年平均门诊量第3季度最高(达34.23万人次),第一季度最低(为28.46万人次),第三季度季节比率最高(达107.82%),第一季度最低(为89.64%)。[结论]根据季节变化规律,合理安排门诊医务人员和配套设施。在高峰期增加门诊力量和医疗设备,在低谷期安排医务人员外出学习和交流,为高峰期的到来做好人力资源储备,更好地为患者服务。
[Objective] To master the seasonal variation of outpatient volume and provide the decision-making basis for hospital related administrative departments in terms of staffing, clinics arrangement and property allocation. [Methods] Seasonal ratio analysis of time-series data was used to reflect the changing regularity of outpatient volume at different times with the change of the seasonal rate. Use SPSS13.0 software for data analysis. [Results] The outpatient volume has certain periodicity and regularity. The troughs of outpatient services in each year basically occur in January and February of each year, and the peak appears in July and August of each year. The monthly ratio in each month was the highest in August (up to 110.75%) and the lowest in February (82.60%). The average outpatient volume in 9 years was the highest in Q3 (342,300), the lowest in Q4 (284,600), the highest Q3 (107.82%) in Q3 and the lowest (89.64%) in Q1. [Conclusion] According to the seasonal variation, reasonable arrangement for outpatient medical staff and supporting facilities. Increase the outpatient strength and medical equipment during the peak period, arrange medical staff to go out for study and exchange in the trough, make better human resources reserve for the arrival of the peak period and better serve the patients.
