江、浙、沪公路学会召开联席会议——新一轮长三角地区高速公路运行信息互通研究即将进行为切实提高长三角地区高速公路运行水平,研究和推进两省一市间高速公路管理信息互通,使高速公路更好的服务于区域经济发展,江苏、浙江、上海两省一市公路学会联合于2005年7月29日在上海市上海大厦召开了工作会议。江苏省公路学会陈小桐理事长、浙江省公路学会郭学焕理事长、上海市公路学会张蕴杰理事长、朱惠君副理事长和三地公路学会秘书长及有关人员出席了会议。上海市公路学会张蕴杰理事长主持了会议。
