目的 :探讨研究应用Snodgrass术与Mathieu术治疗前段型尿道下裂的Meta-分析。方法 :检索PUBMED/MEDLINE(1995~2012年)、Highwire(1995~2012年)、OVID(1995~2012年)、EMBASE(1995~2012年)、Cochrane图书馆(2012年第4期)、中国知网数据库(1995~2012年)、中国生物医学光盘数据库(1995~2012年)中收录的所有关于应用Snodgrass术与Mathieu术治疗前段型尿道下裂的文献,同时手工检索相关杂志及会议论文集中有关应用Snodgrass术与Mathieu术治疗前段型尿道下裂的记载,将其进行总结归纳后,使用RevMan5.1软件对其进行Meta-分析,旨在为前段型尿道下裂患儿寻找一种治疗效果更佳的手术方式。结果:实施Snodgrass术后,患儿发生尿道狭窄的几率明显高于接受Mathieu术进行治疗的患儿,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:Mathieu术是治疗前段型尿道下裂较为理想的手术方式。
Objective: To investigate the application of Snodgrass and Mathieu for the treatment of anterior segment hypospadias Meta-analysis. Methods: We searched the PUBMED / MEDLINE (1995-2012), Highwire (1995-2012), OVID (1995-2012), EMBASE (1995-2012), Cochrane Library (4th of 2012) (1995-2012) and Chinese Biomedical Disk Database (1995 ~ 2012), all the articles on the application of Snodgrass and Mathieu in the treatment of anterior segment hypospadias, and the manual search of related journals and conference proceedings The application of Snodgrass and Mathieu for the treatment of prehypertensive hypospadias was summarized and analyzed by Meta-analysis using RevMan5.1 software in order to find a more effective treatment for children with hypospadias Good surgical approach. Results: After the implementation of Snodgrass surgery, the incidence of urethral stricture in children was significantly higher than that of children undergoing Mathieu’s surgery, the difference was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Mathieu surgery is an ideal surgical treatment for anterior segment hypospadias.
