某些地方的乡镇合并可以说是操之过急,既浪费了大量的人力和物力,又降低了行政效率。问题的焦点集中在以下几个方面:一、重复建设耗资巨大。乡镇合并后,除政府部门合署办公外,其他教育、卫生、农电、通讯、银行等都要合并。这些合并后的部门,因为要集中办公,必然使被合并的部门不动产闲置。而集中办公后,必然面临人员拥挤、办公设施严重不足的问题,
Township and village mergers in some places can be said to be too hasty, not only wasting a lot of manpower and material resources, but also reducing administrative efficiency. The focus of the issue focuses on the following aspects: First, duplication of construction is costly. After the merger of towns and cities, all the other education, health, rural power, telecommunications, banking and so on should be merged except for the offices of government departments and offices.
