一提起CBD(中央商务区),人们自然会想到纽约曼哈顿、伦敦金融城、东京新宿,新加坡中心区、香港中环,那种高楼林立、资本密集、人才济济的繁华图景仿佛就在眼前。但量,在信息化和全球化浪潮的冲击下,这些形成于上世纪80年代之前的传统CBD,显示了许多无奈和老态。作为对传统CBD的扬弃和发展,E-CBD(Electrinic-Central BusinessDistrict,电子化国际金融贸易中心)开始从概念走向实践,并成为世界中心城市角逐的新目标。权威人士指出,谁能率先构建E-CBD,谁就能占领21世纪全求金融保险及服务贸易的制高点。
When it comes to CBD (Central Business District), people will naturally think of downtown New York Manhattan, the City of London, Tokyo Shinjuku, the center of Singapore, Hong Kong Central, the kind of high-rise buildings, capital-intensive, talented people bustling scene seems to be at hand. However, under the impact of the wave of informationization and globalization, these traditional CBDs formed before the 1980s show many frustrations and old times. As a sublation and development of the traditional CBD, the Electrinic-Central Business District (E-CBD) has started to move from concept to practice and become a new target in the competition for a central city in the world. Authorities pointed out that whoever took the lead in building the E-CBD can win the commanding height of the financial insurance and service trade in the 21st century.
