第十一届中国国际住宅博览会其中一个重要推广技术是适老化住宅技术,这与我国日趋严重的老龄化趋势以及居家养老的需求息息相关。第六次全国人口普查显示,中国60岁及以上老年人口已达1.78亿,占总人口的13.26%。据全国老龄委预测,到2020年,60岁以上的老年人口将达到2.4亿,约占总人口的16%,到2050年也达到29%。我国的老龄化的形势将越来越严峻。
One of the key promotion technologies of the 11th China International Housing Expo is the technology of aging residential buildings, which is closely related to the increasingly serious aging trend in our country and the demand of home-based retirees. The sixth national census shows that the population aged 60 and over in China has reached 178 million, accounting for 13.26% of the total population. According to the prediction by the National Committee on Aging, by 2020, the number of elderly people over the age of 60 will reach 240 million, accounting for 16% of the total population and 29% by 2050. The situation of aging in our country will become more and more serious.
