目的 探讨鼻腔的CT仿真内镜 (VE)成像的基本原理、方法和初步临床应用。材料与方法 2 0例患者 (4 0个鼻腔 )进行VE检查 ,其中 9例 (18个鼻腔 )进行纤维内镜 (FE)检查 ,8例经手术病理证实。VE成像由螺旋CT扫描 ;CT资料转运 ;内镜图像重建和实时三维显示 3个基本步骤构成。VE图像重建采用IRISExplorer软件包。结果 VE能清楚地显示鼻腔内解剖结构、鼻中隔弯曲、鼻道狭窄和阻塞、鼻甲肥大和直径 >3mm的肿块 ,但不能评价粘膜及帮助活检。结论 仿真内镜是一新的、非侵袭性检查方法 ,可作为FE的补充检查手段
Objective To explore the basic principle, method and preliminary clinical application of nasal CT virtual endoscopy (VE) imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS Twenty patients (40 nasal) undergoing VE were enrolled in this study. Nine of them (18 nasal cavities) underwent endoscopic ultrasonography (FE) and eight were pathologically confirmed. VE imaging by spiral CT scan; CT data transfer; endoscopic image reconstruction and real-time three-dimensional display of three basic steps. VE image reconstruction using IRISExplorer package. Results VE clearly demonstrated intranasal anatomy, septal curvature, narrowing and obstruction of the nasal passages, hypertrophy of the turbinate and masses> 3 mm in diameter, but failed to evaluate the mucosa and aid biopsy. Conclusion Simulation endoscopy is a new, noninvasive method of examination that can be used as a supplementary check for FE
