目的:探讨津血源颗粒对干燥综合征(SS)模型大鼠唾液腺中水通道蛋白5(AQP5)表达的影响。方法:用免疫组化法分析SS大鼠唾液腺AQP5表达特点。结果:正常组细胞膜上存在较多AQP5蛋白;佐剂组细胞膜上有表达,但数量较正常组明显减少;模型组腺泡萎缩,残存腺泡顶膜表达明显减少甚至消失,与正常组比较,有显著性差异;津血源颗粒组大部分细胞膜有AQP5蛋白表达,较模型组表达数量明显增多,且分布均匀。结论:津血源颗粒可明显增强SS模型鼠唾液腺中AQP5的表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jin Xue Yuan Granule on expression of aquaporin 5 (AQP5) in salivary gland of rats with Sjogren’s Syndrome (SS). Methods: The expression of AQP5 in salivary gland of SS rats was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results: There were more AQP5 proteins in the plasma membrane of the normal group; the expression of the membrane protein was observed in the adjuvant group, but the number of the AQP5 protein in the adjuvant group was significantly lower than that in the normal group. The acinar atrophy and the residual alveolar apical membrane in the model group decreased or even disappeared. There was a significant difference; AQP5 protein expression was observed in most of the plasma membrane of Jin Xue Yuan Granules group, which was significantly increased compared with the model group, and the distribution was uniform. Conclusion: Jin Xue Yuan Granules can significantly enhance the expression of AQP5 in salivary glands of SS model rats.
