国家机械委兵器工业红外技术专业情报网第四届全网大会暨红外技术应用交流会于1987年9月11日至18日在云南省昆明市第211研究所举行。出席这次会议的有来自全国16个省、市,41个单位的共66名代表。其中网内成员单位代表48名,网外单位代表18名。云南省国防科工办、机械委210所、211所和298厂的有关领导同志出席了会议。本次会议的主要内容有:总结本网三年来的工作,表彰网的活动积极分子,制订明、后两年的活动计划;聘请网刊《红外技术》第三届编委会;讨论建立红外技术文献数据库的工作;围绕红外技术的应用,开展学术交流。本次会议共收到论文32篇,论文涉及红外技术
The 4th National Network Conference and Infrared Technology Application Conference was held at the 211st Institute of Kunming, Yunnan Province from September 11 to September 18, 1987. A total of 66 delegates from 41 provinces, cities and 41 units nationwide attended the meeting. Among them, there are 48 member units in the network and 18 representatives outside the network. Yunnan Provincial Defense Science and Industry Office, Machinery Committee 210, 211 and 298 factory leaders attended the meeting. The main contents of this conference include: Summarizing Ben Wang’s work over the past three years, honoring the activities of network activists, formulating the plan for the next two years; engaging the third edition of “Infrared Technology” editorial board; discussing the establishment of infrared Technical literature database work; around the application of infrared technology to carry out academic exchanges.
