目的 :探讨性传播疾病在疫情报告中存在的问题及解决的对策。方法 :依据疫情报告资料 ,采用综合、归纳的方法 ,总结疫情报告中存在的问题。结果 :性传播疾病在疫情报告中由于医务工作者、个体行医者及患者三方面存在社会和心理方面的因素 ,导致漏诊、漏报现象的发生。STD报告卡填写质量不高 ,主动监测系统不健全 ,监督力度不够 ,对疫情的报告带来不良影响。结论 :积极开展性传播疾病知识宣传 ,普及性知识教育 ,加大传染病防治法的宣传力度 ,加强监督监测 ,严格执法 ,防止漏诊、漏报的发生 ,使疫情报告规范化、科学化
Objective: To probe into the existing problems of sexually transmitted diseases in the epidemic report and the countermeasures. Methods: Based on the data of epidemic situation reports, we summarized the problems existing in the epidemic situation report by comprehensive and inductive methods. Results: There were social and psychological factors in STD reports due to the social and psychological factors of medical workers, individual practitioners and patients, which led to the occurrence of missed diagnosis and omission. The quality of the STD report card is not high, the system of active monitoring is not perfect, and the supervision is not enough, which will adversely affect the reporting of the epidemic. Conclusions: Actively promote knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases, education of universal knowledge, step up propaganda of infectious disease prevention and control law, strengthen supervision and monitoring, strictly enforce the law, prevent the occurrence of misdiagnosis and omission, make the report of the epidemic standardized and scientific
