目的:探讨多形核白细胞(PMNLs)在大鼠大脑缺血再灌注中对大脑神经元降钙素基因相关肽(cGRP)表达及脑损伤程度的影响。方法:大鼠大脑中动脉(MCA)缺血再灌注模型中,观察神经元的cGRP表达,对比各组大脑神经元超微结构变化。结果:未加注Mac-1抗体组脑组织PMNLs聚集较明显,相应区域的神经元呈cGRP弱阳性反应,电镜观察神经元、神经纤维及突触肿胀明显,神经毡结构间隙增大并常有变性或坏死。结论:大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注期间,脑神经元的cGRP表达可反应性增加,而浸润到脑组织中的大量PMNLs可干扰神经元的cGRP表达,并同时伴有脑组织超微结构的破坏性改变。
Objective: To investigate the effect of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNLs) on the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (cGRP) and the degree of brain injury in rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: The rat model of middle cerebral artery (MCA) ischemia / reperfusion was used to observe the expression of cGRP in neurons. The ultrastructural changes of neurons in each group were compared. Results: There was obvious aggregation of PMNLs in the brain tissue of rats without mac-1 antibody. The neurons in the corresponding areas showed weak positive cGRP. The swelling of neurons, nerve fibers and synapses was obvious under electron microscope. Degeneration or necrosis. CONCLUSION: During reperfusion of middle cerebral artery (MCAO) in rats, the cGRP expression of brain neurons is increased. However, a large number of PMNLs infiltrated into the brain can interfere with the neuronal cGRP expression, accompanied by the ultrastructure of brain tissue Destructive change.
