以高铬合金磨球铸造工艺为研究对象,分析了传统工艺的缺陷。利用液压传动和机械振动相结合的方法完成了磨球铸造生产线的自动化改造,为工艺优化提供了保证。
With high chromium alloy ball casting process as the research object, the defects of the traditional process are analyzed. The automatic transformation of the grinding ball casting production line was completed by the combination of hydraulic transmission and mechanical vibration, which guaranteed the process optimization.
