为了更好地掌握和使用新药维思通 ,本文对使用维思通 30例与氯丙嗪 30例、氯氮平 30例患者进行对照研究。结果显示 ,维思通与氯丙嗪、氯氮平药物在治疗精神分裂症方面均有明显疗效 ,三者间无显著差异。在药物副作用方面 ,维思通明显小于氯丙嗪、氯氮平 ,存在显著性差异。提示维思通是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物 ,可作为一线抗精神病药物 ,在病人对氯丙嗪、氯氮平的副作用不能耐受时 ,可改用维思通治疗。
