国务院近日召开常务会议,会议指出,目前,深化医药卫生体制改革的一些重要政策文件正在相继出台,一些具备条件的重大改革正在陆续实施,基本医疗保障覆盖面持续扩大,县乡基层医疗卫生机构设施建设进展顺利,对15岁以下人群补种乙肝疫苗、35岁至59岁农村妇女宫颈癌、乳腺癌检查和贫困白内障患者开展复明手术等6个重大公共卫生服务项目已经启动,医药卫生体制改革进展总体良好。
The State Council held an executive meeting recently. The meeting pointed out that at present, some important policy documents to deepen the reform of the medical and health system are being successively introduced. Some major reforms that meet the conditions are being implemented one after another. The coverage of basic medical insurance has continued to expand, and the infrastructure of county-township grass-roots medical and health institutions has been built. Progress has been smooth. Six major public health services have been launched for the replanting of hepatitis B vaccine for people under 15 years old, cervical cancer for women aged 35 to 59 years, breast cancer screening and cataract surgery for impoverished cataract patients.
