The purpose of the study: To determine the anti-platelet effect of high-risk patients with occlusive vascular events. Research Design: Collaborative Collective Analysis (Systematic Review). Inclusion criteria: study completed by September 1997. The study was designed as a randomized trial comparing antiplatelet agents to comparator drugs or different antiplatelet agents in high-risk patients (acute or previous vascular disease or some other susceptible condition)
