目的:调查分析燃煤氟病区与非氟病区的氟中毒患病情况轻重程度。方法:对长期居住且户籍在陡箐乡的夹岩村、茨冲老街片区和非氟病区花嘎乡底母村成年人381人的临床氟骨症筛查和在校8-12岁学生293人氟斑牙筛查结果判断。结果:燃煤氟病区氟中毒患病情况重,非氟病区的氟中毒患病情况轻。结论:改灶防氟和防氟核心知识教育干预,取得了很大的防控地氟病成效。
Objective: To investigate the degree of severity of fluorosis in fluorinated and non-fluorinated areas in coal combustion. Methods: A total of 381 adult patients with skeletal fluorosis who lived in Jiaolan Village, Zhaochong Old Street Area and Huancuamu Village in Huaga Township, Doucha Village were enrolled in this study. 293 dental fluorosis screening results to determine. Results: The prevalence of fluorosis in coal-fired fluorosis area was heavy, and the incidence of fluorosis in non-fluorosis area was mild. Conclusion: To change the stove fluoride and fluoride core education intervention, and achieved great results in prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis.
