本文介绍了电火花强化刀具的方法,研究了强化层厚度与电容量以及强化次数的关系。通过对工具钢刀具表面强化和切削磨损试验,表明:强化层硬度高,耐磨性、耐蚀性较好;强化层与基体结合强度高,不会剥落;而且工艺设备简单,使用方便,电极材料耗费少,经济效益高。另外,该项工艺还可用于提高模具、量具以及易损零件的寿命。但该项工艺存在生产率低,表面较粗糙等问题。
In this paper, the method of EDM is introduced, and the relationship between the thickness of the reinforced layer, the capacitance and the number of strengthening cycles is studied. Through the tool steel cutting tool surface hardening and cutting wear tests showed that: the strengthening layer of high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance is good; strengthening layer and the substrate with high strength, will not spall; and process equipment is simple, easy to use, the electrode Less material consumption, high economic efficiency.
