郑州市上街区聂寨乡辖7个农村党支部,410名党员。农村党建“三级联创”活动开展以来,我们以建设高标准农村基层党组织为目标,抓班子,带队伍,结合本乡实际不断丰富活动内容和载体,标本兼治,扎实有效地开展了农村社会主义市场经济和政策法纪教育活动,开创了工作的新局面,为农村党建“三级联创”活动赋予了新的内容和含义,为两个文明建设再上新台阶注入了新的活力。为此,中共河南省委书记马忠臣,省委常委、市委书记王有杰等领导给予了高度评价。中央党校《理论前言》把我们的做法称为“上街现象”、中宣部领导称之为“农村的第二次革命”。去年11月中旬,市委在我们这里召开了深化“三级联创”活动现场会,推广了我们的做法。
