高炉热风阀时常损坏,需要休风更换,我厂以往更换一次热风阀高炉休风达36小时,大大影响了正常生产,在十大快速检修经验中曾缩短到6小时,在1959年又缩短至21分钟,1964年又打破了21分钟又创15分钟快速更换热风阀的新纪录。其主要经验是; (一)提高检修质量,换前准备好备品,实行组立更换。热风阀的水圈往往烧坏,经检查其原团是压石棉绳的环钢掉下或者松动,造成热风由水圈和阀亮间隙流出,因此水圈被烧坏。此外水圈进出水管根部往往漏水,或中间隔板漏水,促成了水压低;流水短路降低了冷却效果使水
