校企合作是高职教育培养适应企业和用人单位需求而发展起来,校企合作的原始动因是解决在校学生的社会实践和提高毕业生的就业率,近些年来,由于学校在工程训练设备的大量投入,校企合作模式也发生了新的变化。从资源利用考虑,企业把学校作为其合作对象,把使用学校的资源和机械加工设备作为他们的合作目标和目的。学校在选择合作企业时存在盲目性,在管理方面缺乏专业教师和实验室工作人员的全程参与,使得校企合作变成企业的短期行为或者追逐利益的形式。为适应新的校企合作模式,使得校企合作能够做到实处,教师能够在管理方面受益,学生能学到知识。学校和企业双方都能从中受益。本文对高职新的校企合作模式进行了探讨。

This article discusses the new mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.
