脂质体载药可增强药物的疗效。目前国内脂质体载抗痨药物治疗结核的实验尚无报道,我院于1989年进行了疗效观察,现报道如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 动物和结核菌:健康NIH小白鼠,♂,体重22～26g,由成都生物制品研究所提供。结核菌由华西医科大学提供,为H_(37)R_v新93009号人型结核分枝杆菌1.75×10~8/1ml。 1.2 药品:由重庆煤矿工人疗养院提供:(1)利福平和异烟肼多相脂质体;(2)利福平10mg/1ml、异烟肼3mg/1ml;(3)空白多相
Liposomal drug loading can enhance the efficacy of the drug. At present, there is no report on the experiment of liposome-loaded anti-tuberculosis drugs for treating tuberculosis in our hospital.
