高等职业院校的教育目标是为社会经济和市场提供合格的职业素质人才,推行工学结合是实现其目标的必要改革之路。本文主要论述了目前高等职业教学工学结合存在的问题,并提出了改革的相关建议,从而培养高素质、高职业能力的综合性人才。
The educational goal of higher vocational colleges is to provide qualified professional talents for the social economy and the market. The implementation of the combination of work and study is the necessary reform for achieving its goals. This article mainly discusses the existing problems in the combination of engineering and learning in higher vocational education and puts forward some suggestions on reform so as to cultivate a comprehensive talent with high quality and high vocational ability.
