瓯柑是浙江省温州市特产柑桔之一,与现在各地栽培的温州蜜柑不是同一树种。因其瓤囊里含有一种柚苷(Naringin),初食者感觉有苦味。其实瓯柑不过微带苦味,其苦味尚清口,无关食味大局。相反,这种苦味来自柚皮苷,具有多种医药功能,若为不喜此味而放弃栽培,是因小而失大,决不可行。
