目的 :探讨原发性胆囊癌的早期诊断和治疗。方法 :对 1986～ 2 0 0 0年间手术治疗的 32例胆囊癌患者进行回顾性临床分析。结果 :胆囊癌多见于老年人 ,缺乏特异临床表现 ,早期诊断困难。晚期确诊后治疗效果差 ,B超及CT目前仍是临床诊断最有效的手段。根治性手术可提高胆囊癌患者生存率。结论 :早期诊断和根治性手术是提高胆囊癌患者生存率的有效方法。提高胆囊癌疗效的关键在于早期诊断 ,只有早期诊断 ,才能真正改善胆囊癌的预后
Objective: To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of primary gallbladder cancer. Methods: Retrospective clinical analysis was performed on 32 patients with gallbladder carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment from 1986 to 2000. Results: Gallbladder cancer was more common in the elderly and lacked specific clinical manifestations. Early diagnosis was difficult. The treatment effect is poor after advanced diagnosis. B-ultrasonography and CT are still the most effective means for clinical diagnosis. Radical surgery can improve the survival rate of gallbladder cancer patients. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and radical surgery are effective methods to improve the survival rate of gallbladder cancer patients. The key to improving the efficacy of gallbladder cancer is early diagnosis. Only early diagnosis can really improve the prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
