国内应用芫花制剂做中、晚期妊娠引产,效果良好,成功率达97.1～99.3％,胎儿致死率达99.7％。而目前常用的利凡诺引产,活胎率较高,特别是晚期妊娠活胎率可达18～20％,对计划生育工作的开展有一定的影响。有鉴于此,我们从1980年9月至1982年12月初试用江西中医学院红旗制药厂生产的黄芫花醇注射液(每毫升含生药150毫克),进行中晚期妊娠引产,效果良好。现将资料较完整的1,010例(包括公社卫生院363例)做一小结,以供参考。适应症、禁忌症、使用方法均与利凡诺引产术相同,羊膜腔内注射,每次剂量为300毫克。
