文章介绍一种监控水厂工艺流程的自动控制系统。从设计要求、硬件设置、软件设计和现场抗干扰等方面介绍了系统在实际应用中的设计方法。文章着重介绍了滤池的ＰＬＣ控制系统，以小型ＰＬＣ代替继电器控制线路进行逻辑控制，以中型ＰＬＣ控制模拟量和协调小型ＰＬＣ工作，并进行与上位机的通信。
The article introduces a kind of automatic control system to monitor the process of waterworks. From the design requirements, hardware settings, software design and on-site anti-jamming and other aspects of the system in the practical application of the design method. This paper introduces the filter control system of PLC mainly, replaces the control circuit of the relay with the small PLC in logic control, controls the analog quantity and coordinates the small PLC with medium PLC, and communicates with the host computer.
