民营企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存并取得长足的发展,必须在管理机制方面保持更大的灵活性和优越性,这必然要求其不断地实施管理创新。那么,民营企业如何实施好管理创新呢?我认为应从以下几方面入手:一、要切实抓好经营管理思想观念的转变。典型的实用主义、经验主义、冒险主义,以及由此而引起的观念陈旧、管理创新观念淡薄往往是民营企业在管理创新方面无突破性进展的深层次根源。因此,要想实施好管理创新,首先应抓好管理思想观念的转变。
In order to survive in the fierce market competition and achieve significant development, private enterprises must maintain greater flexibility and superiority in the management mechanism. This will inevitably require the continuous implementation of management innovation. So, how do private enterprises implement good management innovation? I think we should start from the following aspects: First, we must effectively grasp the changes in the concept of business management. Typical pragmatism, empiricism, adventurism, and the resulting obsolete ideas and weak management innovation are often the deep-rooted sources of non-breakthrough progress in the management innovation of private enterprises. Therefore, if we want to implement good management innovation, we must first grasp the changes in the concept of management.
