20例2型糖尿病NAFLD病人给以太罗4mg/d,40周治疗。结果FPG、Fins、HOMA-IR、ALT、AST、ALP和GGT水平都较治疗前明显下降且有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。HOMA-IR(5.64±5.64)的变化值分别与ALT(60.30±49.16U/L,r2=0.8535,r=0.9238,P=0.0000),AST(4.15±9.55U/L,r2=0.5545,r2=0.7446,P=0.0002),GGT(70.75±70.58U/L,r2=0.4581,r2=0.6768,P=0.0010)变化值之间存在着显著的直线相关关系,而和ALP(32.75±33.29U/L,r2=0.1644,r=0.4054,P=0.0761)变化值之间的相关性无统计学意义。结论罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病NAFLD时HOMA-IR下降与肝酶水平下降呈直线相关,随胰岛素抵抗下降的同时可使升高的肝酶水平下降。
Twenty patients with type 2 diabetes NAFLD were treated with carotenoid 4 mg / d for 40 weeks. Results The levels of FPG, Fins, HOMA-IR, ALT, AST, ALP and GGT were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The changes of HOMA-IR (5.64 ± 5.64) and ALT (60.30 ± 49.16U / L, r2 = 0.8535, r = 0.9238, P = 0.0000) and AST (4.15 ± 9.55U / L, r2 = 0.5545, r2 = There was a significant linear correlation between the changes of GGT (70.75 ± 70.58U / L, r2 = 0.4581, r2 = 0.6768, P = 0.0010) and ALT (32.75 ± 33.29U / L , r2 = 0.1644, r = 0.4054, P = 0.0761) There was no significant correlation between the changes. Conclusions The decrease of HOMA-IR in rosiglitazone treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with NAFLD is linearly correlated with the decrease of liver enzyme level. With the decrease of insulin resistance, the elevated liver enzyme level is decreased.
