目的探讨尿微量白蛋白（UMA）、血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）及尿转铁蛋白（TRF）在妊娠高血压中的早期诊断价值。方法选取本院2016年10月～2017年10月收治的妊娠高血压患者65例为观察组,选取同期院内体检结果正常的妊娠妇女60例为对照组,检测并比较2组UMA、血清Cys-C及TRF水平。结果观察组妇女血清Cys-C及UMA、TRF水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随着妊娠高血压疾病分级的升高,血清Cys-C及UMA、TRF的阳性检出率逐渐升高（P〈0.05）。结论 UMA、血清C
