随着科学技术的发展,中国的通信工程项目也得到发展,带动了通信的发展。通信工程项目的建设与发展离不开企业管理的质量,良好的质量管理为企业的发展提供了保证。本文简要介绍了通信工程项目的质量管理,然后研究了通信工程项目的质量管理措施。本文讨论了当前中国通信工程质量管理的普遍性,并在此基础上提出了一些对策,为今后进一步提高中国通信工程质量提供了有益的参考。
With the development of science and technology, China’s telecommunications engineering projects have also been developed, driving the development of communications. The construction and development of communication engineering project can not be separated from the quality of enterprise management, and good quality management provides guarantee for the development of the enterprise. This article briefly introduces the quality management of communication engineering projects, and then studies the quality management measures of communication engineering projects. This article discusses the current universality of China’s communications engineering quality management and puts forward some countermeasures based on this, which provides a useful reference for further improving the quality of China’s telecommunications engineering in the future.
