随着中等职业学校招生规模的扩大,“问题学生”成了中等职业学校的教育管理难题,使中等职业学校遇到了前所未有的管理压力。本文从一个问题女生的转化过程探讨转化“问题学生”的有效方法。根据学生的心理发展规律,耐心、细致的教育是问题学生转化的一种良好方法。建立良好的师生关系,给学生以充分的信任,是教育转化成功的关键。教育转化“问题学生”要因人而异,对症下药。
With the expansion of enrollment of secondary vocational schools, “problem students ” has become a problem of secondary vocational schools education management, so that secondary vocational schools have encountered unprecedented management pressure.
