为實現第二屆全國出版行政會議所提出的‘實行出版計劃化’的方針。我們在一、二月份進行了以下幾件工作: (一) 首先在元月二十日,我們召開了江西省第一屆新聞出版行政會議,出席會議的包括了报社、出版社、期刊社、發行、印刷以及其他有关單位共一百○五人,時間共計開了四天,會議主要内容,是传達貫澈第二屆全国出版行政會議精神。會議經過传達與討論後,對於中央所提出實行出版計劃化的方針有了認識。會議過程中並結合檢查了各单位在過去工作中存在着的盲目性認識到它給工作帶来的危害性,經過這次會議,對于與計劃出版有抵觸的思想,都經過討論、分析,給予了批判;另方面在過去出版、印刷、發行三個環節不够協調,彼此都互有埋怨,會議對此不協調的現象亦進行了批判,各單位(出版、印刷、發行)亦作了自我檢查,給今後緊密配合打下了一個良好的開端。從我們本身來說,經過這次會議,使他們對于我們的工作有所瞭解,我們亦更進一步的對他們的工作有了瞭解。

After this meeting, the ideas that were in conflict with the plan and publication were discussed, analyzed and given Criticism. On the other hand, in the past, the three links of publishing, printing and distribution were not coordinated enough and all complained to each other. The meeting also criticized the uncoordination. We have also made a further understanding of their work.
