本文选择18~55岁、停用各种治疗的缓解期鼻炎患者,在变应原、干冷空气等刺激因素诱发其症状急性发作时,采用鼻灌洗法收集鼻分泌物,然后通过荧光光谱分析,放射免疫及高压液相色谱(HPLC)等方法分析,测定灌洗液中组胺、激肽、TAME酯酶(N-α-tosyl-L-arginine methyl eaterase,甲苯磺酰精氨酸酯酶)、PGD_2及白细胞三烯等炎性介质。体内、外研究表明,组胺及其他肥大细胞介质的释放与变应原鼻激发试验的急性反应相关。并发现在初次鼻腔灌洗液中即含高水平的组胺,且与特应状态无关。用变应原作鼻粘膜激发试验时,变应性患者除出现明显的过敏反应外,60%伴有灌洗液组胺水平增
