In order to explore the impact of task load level and input channel form on P3 wave of ERP (Brain Event-Related Potential), 18 young male subjects were recorded and analyzed during the two-task process of completing 6 tasks with different tasks P3 wave. The dual task consists of hand tracking the main task (T) with Sternberg attached task (S) and Oddbal attached task (O) (ie TS and TO) respectively, the difficulty of which is controlled by the speed and dimension of the main task’s target movement. The results showed that: the difficulty of the main task increased, P3 latency (LAT) prolonged, the amplitude of the AMP (AMP) attached to the form of tasks, the main tasks attached to view, listening to different input channels TO double task AMP decreased, Tasks for the visual, as the same input channel TS dual task then AMP rises. It is suggested that the level of task load and the type of input channel have an impact on P3 of brain related event (ERP).
