海军水面舰艇部队官兵骨骼肌肉疾患现况调查分析

目的:调查了解海军水面舰艇部队官兵骨骼肌肉疾患(MSDs)发生情况与特点,为相关防治工作提供科学依据。方法:通过集中问卷调查,对官兵MSDs发生情况进行描述性统计分析,并比较不同年龄、军龄、职务、体质量、岗位等的MSDs分布差异。结果:水面舰艇部队官兵MSDs的发生率为21.8%,其中北方部队官兵的发生率(22.9%)与南方部队官兵(20.1%)差异不显著(P>0.05);发生部位主要是腰背部15.4%、膝关节11.8%、颈部11.3%、肩部9.4%;超重官兵MSDs发生率显著高于体质量正常的官兵(P<0.05);MSDs没有接受任何治疗的占58.0%;MSDs发生率随年龄和军龄增加而增加,后勤保障舰船和相关岗位官兵的MSDs发生率较高。结论:官兵MSDs发生率较高,应提高官兵的认识水平,注重体质量控制,关注年龄、军龄较高和后勤保障相关岗位官兵,加强MSDs的预防、治疗和康复。 Objective: To investigate the situation and characteristics of skeletal muscle diseases (MSDs) among naval and naval vessel units and to provide a scientific basis for their prevention and control. Methods: Through centralized questionnaire survey, the occurrence of MSDs in officers and men were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, and the differences in MSDs distribution among different age, military age, job title, body weight and post were compared. Results: The incidence of MSDs was 21.8% in the surface naval units, of which the rate of officers and soldiers in the northern army (22.9%) was not significantly different from that of the officers and soldiers in the southern army (20.1%) (P> 0.05) , Knee joint 11.8%, neck 11.3% and shoulder 9.4%. The incidence of MSDs in overweight officers was significantly higher than that of normal officers (P <0.05); MSDs did not receive any treatment 58.0%; the incidence of MSDs with age With the increase of army age, the incidence of MSDs in logistic support ships and related positions is higher. Conclusion: The incidence of MSDs in officers and men is relatively high. The awareness level of officers and men should be improved. Body mass control should be paid attention to. Officers, men and women who are related to logistical support should be concerned about the MSDs, and strengthen the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of MSDs.
