在中国加入世贸组织,传媒业逐步开放的今天,我国传媒企业若没有相应的战略规划,将会在激烈的竞争中失去发展的可能性,甚至难以生存。身处变化的竞争环境中的气象影视业必须要确定“向什么方向发展?核心竞争力是什么?企业的优劣势在哪里?”等问题,才能有明智的战略选择,才能可持续发展。华风气象影视信息集团公司是我国气象影视业龙头单位,明确其战略规划不仅关系到华风集团公司能否取得竞争优势,而且还影响着全国气象影视业的市场竞争态势。
Today when China joins the WTO and the media industry is gradually opening up, if there is no corresponding strategic plan for our media enterprises, they will lose the possibility of development in the fierce competition and will even hardly survive.
