胶粘钢筋锚固技术是一种后锚固技术。它具有操作简便、施工迅速、锚固强度高等特点。常用的胶结材料有有机胶结材料、无机胶结材料和混合胶结材料;常用的方法有玻璃管方法和注射方法。胶粘钢筋锚固技术的基本设计原则是以钢筋拉伸屈服的同时发生粘结破坏为临界状态。这种技术可广泛应用于房屋建筑、水利、桥梁和道路等土木工程领域。特别适用于旧房改造工程,如增设楼层梁板和楼梯,增加阳台,补设抗震墙和设备基础的地脚螺栓的固定等。
Adhesive steel anchoring technology is a post-anchorage technology. It is characterized by easy operation, rapid construction and high anchorage strength. Commonly used cementing materials include organic cement materials, inorganic cement materials, and mixed cement materials; commonly used methods include glass tube methods and injection methods. The basic design principle of the adhesive-bonded steel anchoring technique is the critical state in which the simultaneous destruction of the steel bar’s tensile yield occurs. This technology can be widely used in civil engineering such as housing construction, water conservancy, bridges and roads. It is especially suitable for old house renovation projects, such as the addition of floor slabs and stairs, the addition of balconies, the installation of anti-seismic walls and the fixing of anchor bolts for equipment foundations.
