健康安全环境目前已成为各大油田现场作业首要考虑的准则,针对于天然气增压站噪声影响的问题,为降低场站职工及周边居民受噪声污染影响,分析了增压站各类噪声源,结合现场实际情况,开展了降噪分析研究。从机械性噪声和气体振荡噪声两方面进行优化,以达到降低噪声的目的。并新建降噪型轻钢房,对多台压缩机进行综合治理。应用效果表明,改善后的增压站噪声明显降低,达到了工业噪声标准要求。同时不影响压缩机的工作性能,消除了噪声对场站职工及周边居民的身心健康影响,极大的改善了工作环境。
