井楼油田拥有丰富的浅层稠油资源,采用常规直井钻机钻浅层稠油水平井开发因地面距离目的层垂直井段短,使得钻井完井工艺面临一些特定的技术难题。楼平3井是河南油田的一口超浅层中短半径大位移水平井,防碰绕障问题比较严峻,施工难度较大。针对施工难点,采取了相应的技术措施,实现了安全优质钻井,该井完钻井深569m,完钻垂深184.34m,井斜88.29°,水平位移453.95m,位垂比2.39,成为当时国内应用常规直井钻机所钻位垂比居二的水平井。对类似浅层大位移水平井施工有着重要的借鉴意义。
There are abundant shallow heavy oil resources in Jinglou Oilfield. The drilling of shallow horizontal wells by conventional vertical well drilling rigs is short due to the short vertical wells in the target layer from the ground, which makes the well drilling and completion technology faced with some specific technical problems. Louping 3 well is an ultra-shallow large-displacement horizontal well of ultra-shallow depth in Henan Oilfield. The anti-collision faults are more serious and the construction is more difficult. In response to the construction difficulties, the corresponding technical measures were taken to realize the safe and high-quality drilling. The well drilled was 569m deep, 184.34m deep drilled, well inclination 88.29 °, horizontal displacement 453.95m and bit sag ratio 2.39, Conventional vertical well drilling bit drilled vertical horizontal two horizontal wells. It is an important reference for the construction of horizontal well with similar displacement and large displacement.
