袁某某,女性,38岁.月经过多6年,下腹包块3年,于1763年3月16日入某县医院.孕3产3,均顺产,末子已10岁半.近6年来月经逐渐增多,最近三年7～8/21～25,量更多,每次用十几包纸,并有大血块排出,伴下腹阵疼.时感头晕、心慌.曾用丙酸睾丸素、宫缩剂、止血药物均无效.服百余剂中药,疗效仍不佳.病人要求手术治疗.检查:面色苍白,心音亢进,肺(一)下腹触及肿块如孕3个月大小,质地柔软无收缩及压痛.妇查:阴道粘膜苍白,宫口
