采用高效液相色谱,以甲醇和水(pH值3.0)为流动相,使用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在235 nm波长下测定7%咪鲜·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂中有效成分质量分数。吡虫啉和咪鲜胺标准偏差分别为0.020和0.011,变异系数分别为0.40%和0.57%,平均回收率分别为99.88%和99.73%,线性相关系数均为1.0000。
A 7% imidacloprid imidacloprid suspension seed coat was measured by high performance liquid chromatography with methanol and water (pH 3.0) as a mobile phase using a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 stainless steel column and diode array detector at 235 nm Active ingredients in the mass fraction. The standard deviations of imidacloprid and prochloraz were 0.020 and 0.011, respectively. The coefficients of variation of imidacloprid and prochloraz were 0.40% and 0.57%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.88% and 99.73%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 1.0000.
