国有企业是全民所有制企业,是社会主义生产关系的一种主要具体体现形式,也是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,对中国经济发展起着重要作用。其党组织的领导作用直接关系党的执政能力建设和群众基础,直接关系到中国公有制经济发展。但是,在新时期国有企业的党建工作中,部分党员干部忽视了企业中党组织的引领带头作用,党组织意识淡薄。因此,对当前国有企业党建工作中存在的问题进行探讨研究,加强和坚持党对国有企业的领导不动摇,具有重要的现实意义。
State-owned enterprises are enterprises owned by the whole people and constitute a major concrete manifestation of the socialist relations of production. They are also an important material and political foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics and play an important role in China’s economic development. The leading role of party organizations has a direct bearing on the building of the party’s ability to govern and the masses and has a direct bearing on the development of China’s public-owned economy. However, in the process of party building in state-owned enterprises in the new period, some party members and cadres have neglected the leading role of party organizations in enterprises and the awareness of party organizations has been weak. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance to study and study the existing problems in the current party-building work in state-owned enterprises and to strengthen and uphold the unshakeable leadership of the party in state-owned enterprises.
