记得一位教育家说过:人们在同一年龄对同一知识的学习能力是不一样的,有早晚之分,也有快慢之分,从而形成自己的学习曲线。作为教师都知道,学校里的学习不是毫无热情地把知识从一个脑子里机械地装进另一个头脑里,而是教师要想尽办法让学生学会乐于接受,从而快乐成长。当然一个人如果在短时间内提高成绩,并不是件难事,可要想改变一个人的行为习惯,改变一个人的思想则是难上加难,所以在我们对学生的启蒙教育阶段,在学生形成人生观价值观的过程中,一定要学会走近学生,抓住学生的心灵,使教育成为心心相印的活动,把德育工作放在首位,并且方方面面、时时刻刻地贯穿在每一个孩子成长的过程中,让教育这门心灵的艺术真正成为人本教育。
