“国际金融危机”这股寒流,使全球经济步入了“冬天”。有些企业由于现金流管理不到位,使企业流动资金增长缓慢,加之突如其来的金融风暴,致使企业外部资金来源不畅,流动资金供应不足,好多企业纷纷停业,有的甚至倒闭。因此现金流决定了企业的兴衰存亡,反映了企业的本质。本文围绕现金流是企业的血脉,来探讨企业如何加强现金流的管理。
“International Financial Crisis ” This cold, the global economy into a “winter ”. Some enterprises are not in place because of cash flow management, so that corporate liquidity growth slowed down, coupled with the sudden financial turmoil, resulting in poor external sources of funds, liquidity shortage, many companies have closed down, and some even closed down. Therefore, cash flow determines the rise and fall of the enterprise, reflecting the essence of the enterprise. This article focuses on cash flow is the blood of the business, to explore how to strengthen the management of cash flow.
