干熄焦大体积混凝土施工,主要是防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差产生温度应力裂缝,首先要从原材料,混凝土拌制,浇筑以及后期养护,加强混凝土的养护,特别是早期对大体积混凝土表面的保温措施,避免混凝土表面内外温差过大(控制在25℃以内),保证温度平稳下降,确保了大体积混凝土施工质量,但在应用中也存在着一些问题值得探讨和分析,如降温管的铺设技术,混凝土内部温度与外部温度的实际偏差,循环水流量控制,降温水管的选择等,有待今后的工程实践中进一步完善和提高。
