今年以来,受外需不振和内需疲软的影响,中国外贸增长局势严峻。根据海关总署7月10公布的数据,2012年上半年,我国外贸进出口总值18398.4亿美元,同比增长8%,距离10%的全年目标存在差距。其中二季度进出口温和反弹,总体呈现低位回稳态势。下半年中国外贸是延续二季度的回暖势头,还是掉头向下显寒意?
