2010年,各级邮政财务部门共同努力,从支撑改革、促进发展、坚持财务创新、强化集中管理、夯实财务基础等方面着手开展工作,取得良好成效。尤其是深化集中管理,加大财务管控力度,实现了成本费用、资金、房屋资产出租的集中管理。2011年全国邮政财务工作电视电话会议,要求各地邮政企业继续推进成本费用集中管理,切实加强成本结构调整,严格控制并逐步降低企业管理成本和非生产性开支,加强成本费用基础管理。
In 2010, the postal finance departments at all levels worked together to carry out their work in support of reform, promotion of development, adherence to financial innovation, enhancement of centralized management and consolidation of the financial base, which achieved good results. In particular, the Bank deepened centralized management and strengthened its financial control so as to realize the centralized management of costs, capital and rental of housing assets. In 2011, the national telecoms finance and teleconference required all postal enterprises in all parts of the country to continue to push forward the centralized management of cost and expenses, strengthen the cost structure adjustment, strictly control and gradually reduce the management costs and non-production expenses, and strengthen the basic management of cost and expenses.
