Contemporary environmental ethics and scientific concept of development, there is consistency in value between building a harmonious society and resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Based on the scientific development and the reality of China’s sustainable development, it inherits the traditional Chinese culture and integrates various schools of environmental ethics to realize the concept and theoretical innovation of environmental ethics, highlighting its applicability and practicality, building China’s environmental ethics system, building a harmonious society and Resource-saving and environment-friendly society to provide environmental theory support.
